The file name downloaded is Hand Rings and Easy Mehndi Designs-1.apk.

Make sure that third-party apps are allowed on your device. • Open (SAI) App
• Click Pick APKs button and select all files APKs of Hand Rings and Easy Mehndi Designs then click Select button to start installation process
