Acadium connects apprentices with mentors to work together in three month digital apprenticeships.
As an apprentice, you can get experience by developing your skills by working with an experienced mentor. As a mentor, you can get help on important projects while taking the first steps towards building a remote team. Our apprentices are eager to take the next step in their careers, and our mentors are experienced teachers who are looking to grow their business. In exchange for knowledge, mentorship, and real-world experience, Acadium apprentices work unpaid for up to ten hours per week over the course of a three-month remote apprenticeship.
The business grows, the apprentice becomes more employable, and both parties build valuable professional relationships.
